A. Withdrawal policy

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following stipulations, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods or Has.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
General information
1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Avoidance of returns
Every return not only means additional work for everyone, but also pollutes our environment. Therefore, we ask you to select your products particularly carefully. You can find all the important information on our product pages. We put a lot of effort into clearly highlighting all the important peculiarities of the products in order to prevent wrong orders. If you still have to return something, read on.
Returns after revocation and in case of complaint
Please note the following general instructions for returns:
Clarification: Compliance with the notices is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal in accordance with the “Revocation” section.
Please avoid damage or contamination of the goods. If possible, the goods should be returned to the seller in their original packaging with all accessories. If the original packaging is no longer in your possession, another suitable packaging should be used to ensure adequate protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for damages due to damage due to defective packaging.
Please note that we can only refund unused products!
If your order includes free products, we ask you to return them as well in order to receive a full refund of the purchase price. If you keep parts of the products, we can only give you a partial refund.

Please note!:If you have received your order in several shipments, return each shipment individually. Since individual items are in different warehouses, you can send the items back to the warehouse where they come from.
Once the return has been reviewed and accepted, you will be refunded within 14 working days on the payment method you used originally.
Please note that the following conditions must be met for a return:
