Would you like to return your order? We are very sorry about that!
If one of our products does not meet your expectations 100%, you can easily return the product to us within 14 days. Returns are subject to your own costs. We recommend insured return shipping including shipment tracking so that we can check the receipt of your products. It is best to use the shipping box in which you received your order for the return shipment.
It is imperative that you register your return with us in advance at hi@ipanemabody.com . Please include your order number and the items you wish to return in the email. We will then send you information on how to proceed. Once we receive your return, it will be checked first.
Please note: If your order has arrived in multiple shipments, please return each shipment separately. Since individual items are located in different warehouses, this means you are sending the items back to the warehouse where they came from.
Once the return has been checked and accepted, you will be refunded to the original payment method used within 14 working days.
Please note that the following conditions must be met for a return:
- The articles must without signs of use in original condition condition.
- The items must be in their original packaging.
